This perfect holiday apartment is located in the Las Violetas Urb just across from the Villamartin Plaza making it the perfect location for peace and quiet to relax but just a 2-minute walk to the Plaza with more choices than possible for food, drinks and entertainment.
The apartment is the first floor, with a lift, with a very spacious living room with seating for 6 easily on the comfy sofa's while relaxing watching your favourite programs on the full English satellite system. The dining area seats 6. The living room also is fitted with aircon. The kitchen is fully fitted to cater for any cooking if self-catering on your holiday. Both bedrooms have twin beds with the master having an ensuite full shower room. There is also a large full bathroom as well. Walk out to the communal gardens and relax but the large communal pool where you can play in the water, or relax in the sun on the grass. The Villamartin Plaza is one of the oldest landmarks of the area and a main focal point with over 40 bars and restaurants to cater for all needs. We even have 2 banks, a grocery store, a really good doctor and entertainment during the summer on specified nights.
The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2 minute walk away and many others within a few minutes drive as well. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive as well plus several others should you choose.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
