Only a 15mins regular bus ride away, is the historic town of Almeria with its Alcazaba Europe’s largest Moorish fortress, affording amazing views overlooking the old town with its fascinating warren of streets and alleyways with many historic buildings, shops and bars. Modern Almeria offers a wealth of shops and entertainments, including La Liga Almeria FC and a Bull Ring.
