Lovely terraced house for 6 people in Betlem, North Majorca. It is just 150 meters from the sea and is perfect for quiet holidays.

The tiny village of Betlem forms part of the municipality of Artà and is 4 km from Colonia de Sant Pere, where you’ll find a small grocery shop and some restaurants. The house is in a very quiet area and is a dream for people seeking relax and nature. Surroundings are nice for hiking, cycling and kayaking. A 20 minutes’ drive takes you to Can Picafort, a town with supermarkets, gas stations and lots of services. In the East, you can find more nice beaches like Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla and Son Moll. Artà and Capdepera have picturesque old towns and you can visit the remains of the Castle of Capdepera. If you like playing golf, you can go to Canyamel or Capdepera golf course. A car is highly recommendable.

The two-storey, 120 m2 sized terraced house features a nice terrace with sea views where you can relax in the hammock, have a dinner with friends or just listen to the sound of the waves. You can park your car both, at the street or at the parking of the neighbourhood. The living-dining room features cosy sofas, a TV with satellite channels and an oven. If you like cooking, you will love the open kitchen that includes a vitro ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and much more. One shower bathroom is on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with bathtub are on the first floor. The main bedroom comes with a double bed, en-suite bath with bathtub, hair dryer, big closet and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds. There’s an exterior spiral staircase that leads to a non-furnished terrace with sea views.
