Closing Policies rental
- Children are welcome of course. Please note that the pool is unfenced, unsupervised, and does not have an electronic surveillance system, so children are placed under the full responsibility of their parents. The villa staff cannot be asked to look after or supervise the children.
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies depending on the weather conditions, even with a powerful heat pump.
- In accordance with the Moroccan law in force, each guest must present their passport upon arrival in the house.
- Only the people mentioned in the booking can enter the house. Any invitation must be made with the agreement of the owner.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house and on the terrace.
- The organisation of events in this property is prohibited. We also thank you for not disturbing the peace of the neighbours.
- The taking of videos and photos for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring prostitutes into the property. In the event of a violation, the local authorities will be contacted and tenants will be obliged to leave the premises without any refund. Travelers will be solely responsible for their actions before the Moroccan police and judicial authorities and will suffer the consequences alone: filing a complaint with the court, criminal sanctions, convictions and fines.
- In the same way, it is completely forbidden to bring and consume illegal substances on the property.

- A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of: 1 000.00 EUR. The deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival. The house must be returned in the state of check-in. Otherwise, the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund. If guests refuse to leave the accommodation within a maximum period of 4 hours, the host reserves the right to request their eviction by the local law enforcement.
