Completely furnished two double bedroom flat (98sqm). Quiet and luminous. On the fourth floor of impeccably restored building of classified historical heritage. Beautifully decorated and comfortable Security 24 hrs. Lift. Doorman, air-conditioning, heating and air-conditioning. Spacious bedrooms and living room with a balcony, ample kitchen and bathroom. Situated in the heart of Barcelona next to Plaza Real, 5 min walk from the Mercado de la Boqueria, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Liceu and many bars, restaurants and shops. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent communication with public transport. 5 min walk to Metro and Inter rail (Ferrocarrils Catalans) stations to Sarriá and Pedralbes Monthly stays only. A 2 month rent deposit is required on signing contract which is fully refunded on end of contract and after corresponding bills are paid. Rent includes maintenance and doorman expenses. It does not include gas, electricity, water, internet (and they have a cost of 124€/month depending on the season).
