Positive: The property is very spacious and with a beautiful view from every window, parking available outside or in the underground parking. Very sunny apartment too. We loved it.

Negative: The shower in the second bathroom was unusable due to a serious drainage problem. Within a minute of turning it on, the water began to overflow onto the bathroom floor and then into the corridor and down the stairs. We first discovered this on our arrival evening while my brother was showering — the rest of us were in the living room and suddenly heard water running down the staircase. It became clear that the drain was not functioning properly. There were also visible signs on the bottom of the bathroom door indicating that this had happened before. As a result, all four of us had to share the main bathroom for showers, as using the second one was not practical. Also the kettle in the kitchen was not working properly and we had issues with turning it on.
