It is very well located, close to kilometre-long beaches and the Puerta de Mar Hospital, on the first floor of a building with a lift.
The fully exterior housing consists of a comfortable living-dining room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed where rest is guaranteed, bathroom equipped with hair dryer and a covered patio with a small toilet.
