The apartment also has another bathroom, a living/dining room and a kitchen. From the living room there are large patio doors onto the spacious terrace with incredible sea views. The terrace offers a barbecue, a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a private Jacuzzi! There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool in the gardens of the urbanization, with stunning sea views. The apartment also offers secure private parking, wifi internet and a lift to facilitate access to the apartment. The building is composed of only 4 floors. This apartment offers an excellent location for relaxing or enjoying all of Calahonda's facilities.
There is a large choice of golf courses nearby. The town of Marbella is just a 15 minute drive from Calahonda. Calahonda is a perfect base for exploring the Costa del Sol Gibraltar is 50 minutes drive away. The apartment is also close to cities like Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Estepona. All in Calahonda including fantastic beaches with all the water sports and activities you can imagine including the Sealife Center in Benalmádena and many other amusement park attractions. It is ideal for family holidays, due to its peaceful location.
You can also visit the lakes of El Chorro, in the hills of Malaga and even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada in less than 2 hours by car!
It is also very easy to visit Granada, Seville, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar and Morocco!
