The Space:
Parque Tropical 5 - Three Bed Villa is a lovely villa with a private heated pool, which is situated on the seafront in Los Cristianos. The villa, therefore, enjoys amazing sea views. The villa is very well equipped with all the mod cons including fast wifi internet access, air conditioning, a private heated pool, washing machine, tumble dryer and even a private garage (guests can use this free of charge). The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace which has 4 sun loungers, plus a dining table and chairs with a chimney barbeque for alfresco dining. There is a covered area with a couple of comfortable rattan sofas and there is a 3rd sofa overlooking the pool. The villa enjoys amazing sea views and also has a private garage. The spacious lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, as well as air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, wine rack, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility area. A downstairs bathroom consists of a wash hand basin with mirror above, bidet and WC. Stairs lead up to the 1st floor with the bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, stool, wall to ceiling fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror above, air conditioning and patio doors which lead out to a balcony with sea views. The balcony, which is also shared with the 2nd bedroom, is furnished with a couple of chairs for guests to sit out and enjoy the amazing view. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror above and air conditioning. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower and double wash hand basin with a large mirror above. The small 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and an occasional chair. The 3rd bathroom also has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above, and WC. There is also a small attic room with 2 single beds and a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. It has a low ceiling so would only be suitable for 2 children. So the villa could be suited for 6 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children maximum.
The pool heating costs an additional 100 euros per week. The owner also charges a final clean of 150 euros and there is a refundable security bond of 100 euros.
The lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females.
Although in a tourist resort the villa is situated in a residential area. We, therefore, ask guests to be respectful at all times towards the neighbours and in particular, not to make a loud noise (including playing loud music) or use the pool after 11 pm.
Guests must also look after the villa, leaving it clean and tidy after departure, and must also remove all their rubbish.
