The Fruteria is on the corner of a square, and used to be the corner shop, as well as a trading house for fruit. The townhouse is built on 5 levels, with many sets of stairs. The townhouse is full of windows, either looking out onto the square, or into the narrow side streets.
Entrance in on the ground floor, with doors that open out onto the square. Here you will find the large kitchen and dining area, occupying the entire ground floor, along with a ground floor bathroom.
Stairs lead down to the basement, where you will find a large bedroom, with kingsize bed.
