First floor
Here you will find the light-flooded, spacious living/dining area with open, perfectly equipped kitchen and access to the terrace and garden area. The bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) has an en-suite shower room as well as Smart TV, Bluetooth music system and closet. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Upper floor
The open staircase leads to the second floor with three further bedrooms: The master bedroom of 32 sqm has a double bed (160 x 200cm) , an en suite shower and bath, Smart TV and music system, closet and access to a private balcony. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm), en-suite shower room, Smart TV, music system and closet. All rooms are air-conditioned, and ceiling fans will also be installed in all bedrooms from 2024
Basement
Here is a fitness room with fitness equipment and TV, a chill-out corner with beanbags, a guest WC and the utility room. The fitness equipment will be replaced in 2024 and converted to professional training equipment.
Outdoor area
The highlight of the finca is the wonderful summer kitchen, which is perfectly equipped. The windows can be closed, turning this area into a conservatory that can be air-conditioned. Awnings provide pleasant shade. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, a Bali bed and another dining area with a large dining table and barbecue.
Behind the pool there is a large soccer pitch of 850 square meters with artificial turf - a dream of every young or old soccer player. Next to the summer kitchen there is a small pretty garden with olive trees, it is a small oasis of peace. Since 2023 there is a brand new small area with 150 freshly planted, small olive trees, in between there is a yoga platform for 2 people facing the sunset.
The house and property are secured with cameras / alarm system.

12 x 4 m, stair access, cleaned by salt water, outdoor shower by the pool with hot water
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Arrival and departure is only possible on Saturday. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0 -24 months. If the minimum number is exceeded with the baby, the baby set will be charged (high bed 37€/night, high chair 12€/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
