Positive: The apartment is quite spacious, but the furniture is a bit dated and not in great condition. With only one bathroom, it was somewhat challenging for our group of six. The heating relied on one air conditioning unit in the living room and additional heaters for two rooms, which took a while to warm up the space. The building is quiet, and the neighborhood is peaceful. It’s conveniently located near the city center, and we found parking just a five-minute walk away. We had to pick up the keys from a different address before arriving at the apartment, but we had a car and it was easy to do that.

Negative: The rooms and furniture appear worn and a bit outdated. The heating wasn’t very effective; with only one air conditioning unit for such a large apartment, it took a long time to warm up the last bedroom and bathroom.
