Located on the development of Sea Senses in Punta Prima, which was completed in 2016, the apartment is first line to the beach with un-interrupted sea views and is overlooking the communal swimming pools and gardens.

The location is superb, just a minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Punta Prima which offers plenty of choice for eating out.

The resort itself has been designed with careful thought and offers plenty for the sun lover and families with children alike.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a bar!, plenty of play areas for the children and areas to relax for adults. There are Jacuzzis in the gardens and there is also a gym if you want to keep up your exercise regime while you’re away. A pathway leads directly onto the beach at Punta Prima and during the summer months a Chiringuito serves drinks and snack throughout the day.

Just a minutes walk to the left is the Nautilus restaurant which serves international cuisine and drinks if you want to eat out for lunch.

The nearby villages of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia also provide plenty of choice for eating out. La Zenia also offers La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca. It is open 7 days a week and has a food court upstairs if you need to stop for refreshments during your shopping trip.

The apartment itself if fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and even has a dishwasher! It is fully air conditioned for the summer months.

English TV channels are installed to make sure that you don’t miss your favourite program, bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment and beach towels are supplied for use around the pool area.
