Newly renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room. Strategic location in the center of Seville, between Calle Torneo and the Alameda de Hércules. Modern decor. Warm and bright atmosphere. Located on a ground floor.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated building.
Entering, there is a small corridor; to the left at the bottom is the master bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom. Next to it is the second bedroom with a single bed with the option of converting it into a double bed (two single mattresses).
If we go to the right, we pass to a bright living-dining room with semi-open kitchen, separated from the living room by a glass; there is a double sofa bed.
Further to the right, past the living room, we find the third bedroom with a bunk bed (interior room) and the main bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, WC and washer-dryer.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are in the San Vicente-San Lorenzo neighbourhood in the historical center of Seville. It is a non-touristy, quiet area. The lively Alameda de Hercules is a 5-minutes walk away. Supermarket, food stores, etc. Are just a few minutes walk away.

HOW TO GET AROUND
It is about 25 minutes walking to the cathedral and the Alcazar, and about 15 minutes to the heart of the center, the Metropol Parasol.
At two steps, in Torneo street you have access to the circular buses C3 and C4, and it is easy to find a taxi there.

PARKING
It is easy to reach the building by car, at least for unloading the luggage. There is free parking in the neighborhood along the streets and in the Torneo street area.
