Ideal for a family holiday or group of friends surrounded by nature. House renovated preserving the characteristics of the tipical cottages of Mallorca, with wooden beams and many details of ornamentation and construction that makes this a very nice home. 700 meters from the town of Son Macià and 9 km from the village of Calas de Mallorca. Availability for 6 people. Possibility of a sofa bed. Terrace with garden furniture and pool area, barbecue area. Exterior shower near the pool. Private pool with garden to relax in the sun and where children can play outside. With parking area. Detached house of 200 m2 on two floors. The ground floor consists of living room , full kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a double room with a double bed. The first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom, a living room (there is a sofa bed available for children).
