The house is constructed in a residential area of Chipiona, next to the sea and only at 250 meters from the center of this sailos´s town. The house is located at 250 meters from the famous Lighthouse of Chipiona ( visitting with previous appointment) and at 450 meters of the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Regla. It is at 8 km from Sanlucar de Barrameda, Playa de Bajo de Guia and its famous restaurants on foot of the beach. Crossing the Gudalquivir River, with diary service, you can find El Parque Nacional de Doñana, the biggest Natural Reserve of Europe. Puerto de Santa Maria is at 30 km, with a water park, a casino, the famous “Xerry” wine cellar, the bullring and museums.
Visiting Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz is recommended as well as the Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos, beautiful interior and northern hills towns of Cadiz; Grazalema, Arcos de la Frontera, Ubrique, Olvera, Alcala de los Gazules and the Natural Reserve of Alcornocales.
