Finca Aladroc is located in the rural lowlands of Mallorca, surrounded by fields and scattered country houses. Despite its proximity to the shopping town of Inca, it offers a relaxed atmosphere away from the summer hustle and bustle of the island. The versatile, well-tended Mediterranean garden has extensive lawns, palm trees and a beautiful pool area. There is a seating roundel in the pool. Around it, you can choose between comfortable loungers under a long pergola or the inviting daybed. Right next to the pool is a small house with a shower and WC. Attached to the main house is a covered terrace for al fresco dining. Right next to it is a pleasant chill-out area, which can also be shaded by an awning. In the evening, lanterns around the pool and house provide cosy lighting.
The entire living area is located on the ground floor. The bright living room, which is connected to the outside area by two patio doors, has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and tasteful furnishings in natural colours. Wide sandstone arches create an open atmosphere between the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Both the main living area and the three comfortable double bedrooms are air-conditioned. You don't have to worry about the mosquito screens on the windows either. In addition, the interior can be easily darkened thanks to the roller shutters. In addition to the outside bathroom, the finca has two further bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and two guest WCs.
