The apartment is situated in a golf resort, in a coastal, hilly and residential area, close to restaurants and bars and at 3 km from Playa de la Olla beach. Because the complex where it is located is spacious and quite expansive, the communal pool is a bit away from the house at about 5 minutes walk. It is a large pool with a spacious sun lawn and hardly ever crowded.
