Stretching across 2 floors, the enchanting holiday home boasts rustic architectural features and consists of a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, 3 double bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The lovely holiday home can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine and a television. The highlight of the property, however, is its expansive outdoor area, which ensures privacy and fun for every member of the family. In the lush, 850 m2 garden, you will find sun recliners, towering palm trees, a small playground set and an in-ground trampoline. The swimming pool is only available from April1st. until 31. October.
2 covered parking spaces are available on the property and further street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The full bathroom is located on the ground floor and the half bath is on the first floor. The homeowner will come by every 2-3 days to maintain the garden, pool and outdoor area.
