Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat located frontline golf in Rio Real, Marbella, 2 minutes drive from the beach, with high speed internet and Smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, HBO, etc.
This very spacious and cosy flat is located in the Greenlife Village urbanization in the heart of Rio Real. The flat is built on one floor.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with access to the large terrace with a large outdoor sofa and an outdoor table to enjoy dinner with friends or family. There is also a spacious terrace at the back of the flat.
Directly at the entrance is the living/dining room with a large dining table with 6 chairs, the living room has a large sofa with space for the whole family to enjoy movies or games in the evening. The terrace is very large and west facing, so you can have breakfast in the mornings in the sun.
On the right side of the entrance is the kitchen with direct access to the back terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.
The master bedroom has a 180x200 bed with direct access to the terrace that connects the bedroom with the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The second bedroom has two 90x200m beds and the third bedroom also has two 90x200m beds that can be joined together to form a double bed.
Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided so you only need to bring your personal belongings to enjoy your holiday in Elviria Hills. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for those colder days.
The flat has central air conditioning and heating.
The Greenlife Village residential complex is located on the Rio Real golf course, just 5 minutes drive from Marbella. Supermarkets (Supersol and Opencor) are only a 7 minute drive away. The beach can be reached on foot in max. 15 minutes. Malaga airport is about 35 minutes away.
There is also a parking space in the Urbanisation.
