Summary: The staff went out of their way to help us. I arrived after losing my phone in Tokyo Station, and the front desk went above and beyond to call and help me track it down. They were so kind and considerate. We had a beautiful stay, the onsen amenities are excellent and the rooms comfortable. We cannot wait to return in winter to ski. Walk around Shiba Onsen Main St area, it is so picturesque and a quaint traditional Japanese village.
